DESCRIPTION
Sylvie is a petite stray cat in the colony I feed on my block in Fishtown. I've been taking care of her for almost 7 years. She sometimes disappears for short periods of time but never this long. She is cautious but friendly, especially if you give her something to eat. She may be courageous enough to come into your hse. She may look off balance a little and stumble due to an uncertain medical condition. Obviously worried and wondering if anyone has seen her. NO Facebook ACCESS!
