Please, if that dog is still under the car, call the nonemergency line at the police department if you can’t get a hold of the Humane Society or any rescue group. Babs Fry is an expert in returning, lost dogs to their owners and has dealt with scared dogs before. Please contact her also (619) 249-2221 asap

get fresh cleaned chicken meat or sardines. get a leash/collar.. a golden will come to you with food. also provide water.. reach out to a golden rescue as well
