Please, if that dog is still under the car, call the nonemergency line at the police department if you can’t get a hold of the Humane Society or any rescue group. get fresh cleaned chicken meat or sardines. get a leash/collar.. a golden will come to you with food. also provide water.. reach out to a golden rescue as well
