Orange tabby short hair, has tipped left ear. Was last seen on Leverington Street in the afternoon. He could have jumped off or fallen out anywhere in between.

Diane Hendrix ok good to know, but remember him while you are still looking for your cat. Cats dumped out here spend years without help. You have to get someone to stop with a scanner for a chip if they will stand for it and get their collars off before they grow into the neck. One like that this year. Rural Polk is very hard on people and animals

Diane Hendrix really bad situation. Story ended in the takedown of a huge plant city rescue, I think he was fixed by them but he had a twin also lacking part of her hip who is probably dead. I took care of the cat, angel I think he recovered just with bathing the eyes after the attack for a few days. It was like two people trafficking for labor that wanted nobody to see what was reAlly happening to the animals. I believe in transparency in Rescue strongly now

I don't know how long, as there is another one , maybe. But I'm on highway 60 and behind me is a couple of miles of woods and fields. I'm behind a gas station as well. People leave animals sometimes at the station. Totally nuts

Diane Hendrix I was in Plant City and he was bringing them from Brandon to his office/house junkyard where he dumped them. He has a woman caretaker there- who told me the day a crippled cat was blinded by the colony she didn't care.

Pamela Curry how sad cats with collars are in the colony. If that's true about those guys taking Walmart cats and dumping them, I'm pretty sure that's against the law. It's called animal abandonment. I feel like it's highly unlikely my Tigger would be that far away from home, but thank you for your concern and let me know if you think you spotted him.

Sharing so I can find this again, as I have one like this on the ridge, Bartow, Florida of state Rd 60 and some cats appear to have been domestic (w/collars) and dumped, and who knows if someone just dumps them, I was told that a person living next to a Church in Plant City was helping his girlfriend move cats from her Walmart store - where she worked - to Plant City to make them disappear. So who knows where they go. Checking my phone tonight.
