Kathy Brasler My neighbor brought him to a local vet where they are taking care of his wound. He does have a chip, but no owner has been found yet. Philly Bully Team will step in for medical care and adoption if no owner is found. I will keep posting updates above!
***UPDATE: He was taken to VSEC. He is microchipped, and his name is Legend. He is staying the night at VSEC to be treated for his injuries. They’re trying to contact the microchip company to get in contact with the owners, but haven’t found them so far. Philly Bully Team has also said they would cover his medical bills and get him adopted, but he may need a foster. Thanks everyone!***
Awwww cute little brindle pitty! Thank you for bringing her in--way too cold out for such short hair. Those are old scars, not fresh ones. Please keep us all posted on status, and like Adrianne said, please take to a vet or shelter to be scanned for a chip (for free!). Hoping she was rescued and just got scared out of her yard by construction noise or something.
