Small dog. Black and brown. Maybe beagle mix. Floppy ears. Tan blotches by his or her face.

A small dog (brown and black, maybe a beagle mix) was spotted by multiple motorists on the Tennessee Foothills Parkway, between Lookout Rock and Townsend. He or she was very fast, and was last seen darting into the underbrush near (we think) section 8G? If someone can correct these locations, please do. We are tourists. Thank you!
