Lisa Orth Ask the people that run this page. There is no option for me to delete it. Trust me I've tried, because of the nutjob I had to get him back from, running her crazy mouth on her. I could only "make a request" they remove it.

Anita Bailey Riley I guess my point was, it's not always easy to to make everything happen quickly if a stray pet comes into your midst. I know from my own experience it involves making some calls to the appropriate contacts like the humane society or dispatch or making a post on a lost pet website or call the owner if there is a tag and then sometimes waiting for a call back, etc. The humane society isn't open 24/7 and a responding community officer also can takes some time. Taking into consideration too, that finders and owners are sometimes pre-occupied with other things happening like work or life in general. My point wasn't to blame the finder or the owner. You mention, did the two parties know each other? I have no idea.

Lisa Orth I think you misunderstood or misread the owners post. If I myself read it correctly, they stated that the person who found the furbaby did not post anything on social media or informed the non-emergency or the Humane Society that they had found someone's dog. They told the owner that social media would not allow them to post that they found a dog. It sounded to me that these people, the finders, had no intention on giving him back. Agreed they would not have known about his injury but had they checked online or even took the dog to the Humane Society, they would have checked for the microchip, owner would have been notified and ge wouldn't have re-injured his injury. It almost sounds as though they know one another so maybe the finder knew where the dog lived the entire time but decided to hold on to him for awhile. The only reason I commented on your comment is I didn't think it was fair to put the blame on the owner when it sounds as though they did everything right and the person who found him sounded a little sketchy with how they treated the situation.

Go live your life with your dog, you sounded extremely intoxicated on the phone and I was answering a call from my neighbor to get your dog and I called you right back and I DIRECTED YOU TO MEET ME AT THE FOUR WAY STOP SIGN on 67th and 60th because I was NOT BRINGING THE DOG INTO MY HOUSE I HAVE 2 dogs and 3 kids!!!! My neighbor asked me to come get him when I called you!!!!!! I CALLED YOU!!! How did you get him back?!!!!!! I CALLED YOU AND INSTRUCTED YOU WHERE TO MEET ME. She didn’t want him back in her house wet!!! You are psychotic and need to leave me alone and live your life with your dog!!!! Do NOT PROJECT your shortcomings any longer onto me. If it wasn’t a Sunday and your dog had a tag this would be a different outcome for you. I helped a neighbor and you need mental help. It’s absurdity. I have screen shots, cameras, emails, posts everything we did to get your dog back to you and from the MINUTE I called you, you had accusations. I pray for you that you find your peace because you are a miserable person who needs to leave me alone.

Melissa Wolnik Another lie. When you refused to tell me where exactly he was, I stated, "what do you want me to do? Walk up and down sidewalks and hope I spot him". Then when I offered to meet you at a park, you hung up on me. Then I called your number back, it went to her voicemail. Then you eventually called me back and agreed to the park. As if I don't have the phone records of calls.

Melissa Wolnik Lying again. You literally told me "he had a busy afternoon" with you. Now you want to claim he just rested for hours except for a quick moment when he jumped in a pool.

Melissa Wolnik Melissa Wolnik WTH is wrong with you! You take someone's dog and keep him to pretend he's your personal pet. Then pretend it's "your neighbor" and not you. You caused a lot of damage to him by your crazy actions. He's on food, for food allergies, and he's too sick to even want to touch his meals now, because of whatever you feed him. You aggravated his ACL injury. He has severe chronic ear infections, and you had him getting water in his ears for hours because you wanted him in a pool with you for hours so you could pretend he was your personal pet. And he missed his because of you. There is something seriously wrong with you, that you have the nerve to just make posts about how you think you deserve thanks and kindness. The walls in your house are clearly made of rubber. I'm not responding to your crazy anymore.
