This female chihuahua was found on Nellis Air Force Base and brought to the vet. She is believed to be a little older based on her teeth and does not have a microchip. Mostly tan with white marks on the head, base of neck, chest, and paws.

Why the are there so many lost dogs???? !!! I just don’t understand it. Someone explain this to me. I’d like some people to get lost but never a dog.
