Since it has only been 3 weeks since you’ve had her, then she is really lost. It’s always best to keep them indoors for a while until they get acclimated. 3 weeks isn’t long enough for her to get acclimated. Your post said that you thought she was chipped but she isn’t. Is she spayed? If not, she may be out looking for love. Cats who are not fixed like to wander. Please get her spayed ASAP!
