Hi everyone! I recently saw this dog roaming the streets last night and just thought someone was walking him off leash. This morning he was strolling past the same spot, so I decided to look for him to snap a photo in hopes someone might be missing him. He appears fairly well groomed, as his hair is cut & he has a collar (black/dark blue from what I could see?). He doesn't bark and when people get close, he waits until they're right in front of him to run away. He walked towards me but did not approach me or let me pet him. He is roaming all of Randolph St. close to the riverbed path entrance.
