I can guarantee you that Dog is not as old as he looks, and it’s probably lived outside his entire life and never had a bath. I ran a Rescue and I’ve seen this kind of dog at least the condition too many times over the years. Please give him a bath. You have no idea how much she would like it even if he struggles.

Poor thing and he was wearing a sweater in this heat? He looks exhausted and also he looks like a mud/combination of dogs. Before you take him to an animal shelter, please look into dog rescue organizations and thank you so much for helping him. it just breaks my heart that so many dogs are getting out.
