2 small fluffy tan dogs seen in parking lot roaming around. Seem friendly. One seems to have a skin issue on the it behind.

Hi! I saw these two dogs roaming around the Dollar General parking lot in Santa Ana, cross streets Edinger and Main. I was at the bus stop when they came up to me. Seem friendly. Not sure if someone’s pets or just strays. I cannot take them in due to limited space, but wanted to share in case anyone is looking for them or could give them a home.
