DESCRIPTION
Medium sized golden doodle following the rail to the interstate. Very dirty and limping. Not sure if there was a collar or not. I tried calling it to me and it wouldn’t come. I think there were too many cars for it to hear me. I did call Westerville police and they transferred me to Franklin county and then they made a call to animal control. Photo is NOT of the dog. I just sprinted out of my car to get to it as soon as possible. This is a good example of what it looked like though
