Animal control kills dozens of dogs and cats weekly I’m told . It’s second nature to them to animals for the sake of making space for newer animals.

Is he microchipped? And do you have any vet paperwork/ receipts in your name ? If not pray he dosent end up at a certain rescue . Or animal control for that matter . My Tuxedo Cat Delphine was taken to a rescue without my permission and consent and I couldn’t get her back because of no microchip. Or vet paperwork. Apparently multiple pictures wernt enough. They ended adopting her out to a total stranger. Heaven knows what has happened to her by now . She may not even still be alive for all I know. She was a safe indoor only cat . Was yours indoors and just escaped?
