hello, my family spotted this little guy in our backyard a couple times now and just wanted to make sure he was a stray cat! he's very friendly and vocal.

We live on Camino Cielo Vista (two streets over), and this cat is a frequent visitor. We are also unsure if they’re owned. Eventually we would like to trap and fix this guy. We believe he/she is fed by a neighbor.
