Prentiss police went and showed their true colors today. Their finest, Chief Browning, could have just shot this dog. Officer English could have shot him. Instead, they stayed for hours trying to help him. Yes, HOURS. With ME. I don't know how they even survived that 😂 Just as we were about to leave another call came in about four dogs. Of course, I had to go so off we went and after a very awkward few minutes of rounding up and getting them in my car (because I, of course, was totally unprepared for the whole situation) I drove off with five dogs whose lives were saved by Chief Browning. I know it doesn't mean much to most people, but in a state where cops just shoot the dogs and go about their day, the actions of the police today absolutely made my year. The world needs more like them. #police #rescue
