Two dogs found on willow road in Boyertown, at 9:45 pm. One male and one female neither had collars on. They are super sweet dogs and are safe with me for the night. In the am i will take them to get scanned. Please message me if these are your dogs or contact eastern berks regional police department.. Thanks :)
