What is the name of the nearest street or intersection Toro went missing? Call AND go in person to all nearby shelters. Is he microchipped or wearing ID? Praying Toro is found safe very soon!

Where in Smithfield? I was trying to catch a pug a few days ago on Swift Creek Rd that kept running into traffic but I couldn’t catch him. I feel like it was smaller and a little darker than the one in the photo though.
