Black and white short haired un-neutered young male cat with distinctive black spot below bottom lip. Scratch on pink nose. Friendly if a little skittish. I was sure he might belong in the neighborhood but he’s out in the freezing weather meowing at our door so we are pretty sure he is lost but has been around people.

So did you get this poor cat out of the cold? Did you bring him indoors? He’s asking for help. Please don’t leave this helpless cat outside. Every stray/lost animal always comes in my house. I could never leave them outside; especially in this weather. Take him to a shelter.
