Unaltered male, young, very friendly but skittish. He is black and brown looks like a hound mix

I found this sweet baby in Coosa by the GMC mart. He was in a field and then took off towards woods rd and I was able to get him in my car off a side road. He is very friendly, but nervous and skittish. He is skinny but his fur and nails are well kept. He has a colar but no tags and he is not microchipped
