Did you find Willie? Only posting this, as I seen a dog that looks like this off of Surl-Mt Tirzah Rd. and Duncan Rd. It was running without a collar, with 2 pit bulls. Not trying to get your hopes up, but I'm compelled to say something, regret if I didn't. I went out to call his name, but never saw it again.
