Baby German shepherd mix

He/she is pretty friendly , dehydrated, and hungry. I and my neighbor gave him food and water. He is on my front porch trying to stay out of the heat behind my potted plants. He followed my daughter to the porch when coming home from work. Please help me get this fur baby back with it's owner.
