Billy means a lot to me, and we just found Koda (our other dog) yesterday near the mall, so there is a high chance she is still somewhere nearby. If you have any information or see her at all, please let me or animal control know so they can pick her up and bring her to a shelter! I would love to be reunited with her, so please, if you come across them- even if you aren't looking, even the smallest call would help.
