Make sure owners can provide proof. Check your comments on your Facebook page for this website and your email because it’s encrypted and you may not know the owners are reaching out to you. Post on other Facebook lost and found pets pages please and next-door app lost pets group. Since a lot of people will try and say it’s their dog. It’s legally required to ask for proof and take to any veterinarian have scanned for a tipand report on the Humane Society website so the owners can find a report or take to the Humane Society so the owners can claim, but it could also be hundreds of dollars and some pets owners can’t afford to get out so it’s up to you, but it takes work to look for owners. I know their heartbroken and frantic and worried they won’t get their babies back.
