- [x] Go out immediately trying to find him. Check in bushes circle the neighborhood leave his bed or article of clothing outside. Time is of the essence Ask neighbors. Post to :Nextdoor - [x] Ring app and Pawboost. Post on all lost and found sections for dogs for dade and broward. - [x] Check 24petconnect. com and click the lost dog part and check all the shelters in ur area. post a Dog lost or found through their county local shelter. Check petco lost love site for your dog as well - [x] Place flyers on your front door with a big picture of your dog so that if somebody in the neighborho by od is walking around trying to find his home, they will see the picture posted on the front door or gate of the home. - [x] Notify microchip company asap. Check shelter daily. There’s only a 3 day stray hold before ur dog can be adopted. - [x] Post on all lost and found areas in Florida on Facebook Make posters; put them everywhere, including area businesses; give them to postal carriers, delivery people, neighbors; put them on yourh car windows. - [x] Continually walk the neighborhood, calling his name. Get on the ring camera app and see if anyone’s cameras have spotted her or if anyone has picked her up also post her on that Post her on the local neighbors app and check as well to see if she’s been found Be sure to register her with Broward County animal control in the event that she’s turned in And if you can get some flyers up in your neighborhood for the neighbors that are not on social media

Post on NextDoor and neighbors.ring, hang bilingual flyers, and put out articles of unwashed clothing and the pet’s bed. Ask neighbors to check their Ring cameras, garages, and sheds. Check shelters in person. If not already done, have your pet microchipped as soon as you’re reunited. If already chipped, call the microchip company to report pet lost and make sure your contact information is correct. Report lost on 24petconnect. If someone posts “We found” and asks for your phone number, don’t respond; it’s a scam. Same if they want to send you a code. Beware of sites people recommend that find lost pets; many are scammers
