Jumped from car 2x parked along 21st st in LIC, NY (11101&11106) + friendly 7yo shorthaired mackeral tabby + white goatee/chin, chest, belly & all 4 mittens + lg almond shaped green eyes + bright pink nostrels & paw pads + symmetrical blaze rising up to the M on his forehead + wearing a black nylon harness w 2 tags (not a collar)

This lii guy is my world. He’s the best cat ever = extroverted, loving, smart, funny & cooperative. There is not a mean bone in his body. But the best part is his complete lack of feline pride… in fact he’s a complete goofball clown, who is always coming up w new routines to make me laugh. what cat does that? My Breakfast! Pls help reujite us if you have seen him. I’m prepared to shower much gratitude upon any HERO who asists w legit info leading to his recovery or captures & returns him to me directly. I want to grow old w him.

Otherwise, all i know is that he was found abandoned in the snow as an extremely young kitten up in Inwood by a shelter employee, and that whichever rescue from which he was adopted paid for the costs of his neutering 3mo later, which i dont think was so common a practice back then. if the shelter used a different name for him @ adoption, the only data i cld provide is a window for date of adoption & the adopting partiy’s name, phone & address which would be correlated to his chips registration. ———————— its illegal for them to work w anybody but the owner identified by the chip, isnt it? only my vet cld vouch that ive taken responsibility for him for last 3yr …my cc would show ive been buying pet supplies for +2y before the vet’s records but that proves nothing as ithr’s no way to establish for which specific animal those purchases provided.

I never rmbrd to bring uo the matter of updating the microchip data as the vet & i have been focused on his kidney health these lhese 2y. whst are the chances his vet itemized the microchip in the course of his yearly exam? or during the thorough observation he rcvd after the intial blockage & infection caused by the crystals

Don’t know ur living situation but if it’s a home keep ur windows a little open so he can hear u , cat litter outside with ur clothing and look for the cat at night when it’s calmer

James S Cohen i am but its been slow going at first bcz of the mold contamination. I had to get that under ctrl before i cld function at all and im only now 3wks later able to think properly again… stay awake etc.
