The exact one you are looking for that is incredibly popular on both Amazon and Walmart is the Galayou (or Wansview) Outdoor Battery Camera.Another major name-brand equivalent readily found at both retailers is the TP-Link Tapo Wire-Free Camera. Both of these are excellent, budget-friendly options ($25–$35) that can be zip-tied right onto a raccoon/cat trap. Why the Galayou / Wansview is Ideal for the TrapCompletely Wire-Free: It runs on a rechargeable battery, meaning you can place the trap anywhere in your yard without dealing with extension cords.Invisible 940nm Night Vision: It features "no-glow" infrared night vision. Cats will not see a glowing red light, meaning they won't get spooked away from entering the trap.Free MicroSD Storage: You can skip the monthly cloud subscriptions entirely by sliding a cheap memory card into the base of the camera.Instant Phone Alerts: As long as it is within range of your home Wi-Fi, it will instantly ping your smartphone the moment a cat walks into the cage.
Wyze Cam Outdoor v2This is the fully wireless, battery-operated version from Wyze. It is a lightweight white cube that is highly popular for tracking backyard animals.Power Source: Built-in rechargeable batteries that last 3 to 6 months per charge.Price: Typically around $60 to $90 depending on if you buy the standalone camera or the starter bundle with the required base station. Why it works for a trap: It features a magnetic base and a screw mount, making it incredibly easy to snap onto the metal bars of a raccoon or cat trap. It uses passive infrared (PIR) heat sensors, meaning it only alerts your phone when a warm body walks by rather than when the wind blows branches.2. Blink Outdoor 4This is Amazon's flagship wireless outdoor camera. It is exceptionally small, lightweight (only 5 ounces), and thin enough to sit completely unnoticed on top of a wire cage.Power Source: Runs on 2 standard AA Lithium batteries.Price: Regularly sold at Walmart and Amazon for $79.99 (and frequently goes on sale during major retail holiday events). Why it works for a trap: It claims up to a 2-year battery life because it communicates through a small plug-in "Sync Module" inside your house to save power. It has a massive 143-degree wide-angle view, allowing you to see the trap door and the bait plate all in one frame even when mounted very close. The Capture Advantage: Free Local StorageBoth of these wireless setups allow you to bypass monthly cloud fees entirely, which is ideal if you are only using them temporarily to catch a cat:With the Wyze Outdoor, you can slide a cheap MicroSD card directly into the camera or its indoor base station to record locally. With the Blink Outdoor 4, you can plug a standard USB thumb drive into the indoor Sync Module 2 to save all your motion clips locally for free.Read More

Indoor only cats and limited outdoor access cats never go far. They go into survival mode and hide in silence. Most of them will not respond when they are in survival mode. 3 AM is the best time to find a missing indoor only cat. This is the time they become most active and responsive.
