When I found this poor guy he was matted and had poop stuck all to him plus his little nails were so long not only that he is terrified of humans and someone had a collar or something around his neck for so long it has made it almost bald!!! FYI!!! Kids and dogs r so innocent and I would never hurt either and will ALWAYS protect them to my best abilities thank you and have a great day!!
