We finally found him. He was taken to Rocky Gorge, but they were unable to identify him via his microchip for some reason. He ended up at the pound, which can not release him today due to being a federal holiday, but we will be able to pick him up first thing tomorrow morning. Thank you all for your help.

Post to these places. Montgomery County also uses 24PC. Make sure you choose 50 miles for distance. For Howard County you can send a photo, location and phone number to animalcontrol@howardcountymd .gov (remove the space).
