Maybe you could get a megaphone speaker to call out to these babies. Check to see if there are cameras around the area. Try a hunting dog. They are two shelters in Bartow County. Put clothes outside to smell. Check Calhoun animal control and Paulding animal control and Polk animal control. Check under places may be scared to come out. Put on Petfinder with Paws. Put on the news and check where they sell pets.
