My friend had just brought ELROY for first time. He got spooked by large dogs in nearby kennel and pulled free of collar and leash he was on before they were able to reach front door and get him inside hse. He is lost in unfamiliar environment and running scared. New family is offering $200 REWARD for his safe return.
