This was a weird situation. There was a man chasing this dog down turnbull canyon rd by the community center at night. He said it was his but didn't know the name of the dog. Dog ran into back seat of my car, he tried to wrestle it out. Dog was yelping and crying. He flung the dog out of the car by it's hindlegs and they both fell into the bushes. He sat on the dog. My husband intervened and told him we're taking the dog but to contact us and we will bring it to him bc the whole situation was suspicious and the dog clearly didn't want to go. I text the number the man gave me as his and no reply. Dog is way friendly, well-fed, shiny coat, nice teeth, young female. Didn't bite the man even when the man was hurting it.
