Penny LaPorta I live in Illinois and my friend gets foster cats and dogs from the Humane Society in Plainfield and Joliet. do they just euthanize if there’s too many because that’s terrible

In the state of Illinois they WILL it they are feeding the kitty so they are also giving it water, why would you think they wouldn't give the kitty water.
