Next biggest problem will be the “owner” hasn’t spayed this female - more unneeded puppies in about 6 months, after the dog goes back into heat, and is “accidentally” impregnated. Please be a responsible pet person - spay and neuter your pets - way too many abandoned pets, everywhere!

Natalie Granito Papandrea we’ll I hope so but still should be tethered inside a car. I know most people don’t do it, but I help with animal rescue and a lot of injuries.

If she is wearing a diaper because she needs to be spayed contact Community Spay/Neuter Program.
