Very friendly and playful. Did not seem malnourished but was hungry. It let me pet him a bit and laid next to me, but would not get in my van. Seemed like me petting him was as far as our interaction would go. Kept running off when I would try, even bribing it with food, but it just took off. Heading North on Wallace st. Please help get this beautiful soul !
