Near where Phoebe disappeared, please check storm drains and sewer pipes. Vehicle engines and tire wells. Attics, closets, vents, and basements. Garages and sheds. Bushes and trees. Under buildings and porches. In addition to other times, please search outside at dawn and dusk when it's quiet. Using a flashlight may help. If Phoebe vanished near home, set outside your old clothes so Phoebe may detect a familiar scent. Good luck.
