Thank you everyone so much for your comments and sharing this post! Still haven’t found the owner. He’s safe at my parents’ place in Granite Falls for now, but we’re trying to find someone to foster him asap if anyone has any suggestions!

Sadly Pyrenees end up with the most irresponsible lousy owners on the planet. They have been bred to death on every farm across the country and these owners could care less where the puppies end up. Even when they have owners, these people are so irresponsible they continue to let them roam without collars with the name tags and phone numbers on so they never make it home. The shelters are loaded with Pyrenees and there are so many dying in the Texas shelters every single day. They deserve so much better than the crappy farm homes bringing them to death and the crappy owners who let them roam without identification. So many killed for this reason and it's such a simple thing to do to put a collar and name tag on your dog. But these people could care less. Hoping this poor guy can make it safe to a much more responsible owner or rescue. I have a list of thousands and that wasn't some Pyrenees on my page so many of them just euthanized or about to be, none of them have identification on and so many dying in the shelters. As working dogs most are treated completely disposingly. They are such great dogs and they don't deserve the crappy homes they continually end up in
