He is an indoor cat, saw him on Sunday, when I first attempted a rescue but was on foot and unable to get them both out. Went back on Monday to resume on my ebike because Autumn Lane fire was headed to us but could only find his sister, it was like he hadn't been there since I left last, It baffled me, he has to be outside somewhere.

Your dirty clothes as a bed, high-quality food (rotisserie chicken or sardines), water. If you can get there frequently or someone can check it, put these items in a trap. Also look at night with a flashlight so his eyes glow - cats move at night when it is quiet and feels safe. He is there, don't give up.

You can place a free ad in the Exchange Newspaper. They are allowing fire victims, put in free advertisements for lost pets or found pets so they can all be reunited.
