Facebook friend posted this cat found in Denbigh is not feral. Would let them pet and hold it while feeding it was taken to the Tidewater Regional animal shelter on Jefferson 5 day hold before can be adopted out. They kept saying him but I'm not really sure if it's just a figment of speech.
