Small beige Pomeranian with a clear nose and tear stain

This poor dog was walking up the hill on Point Arguello. He doesn't have a name tag, and it appears he may have been attacked by an animal. He is slightly bleeding and appears to be frightened. I am taking him to the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility to ensure he receives the medical assistance he needs.
