Looks like the cat had a collar. Can u list nearest cross streets for a more precise location. Hopefully with a collar it actually has a home. check with neighbors, post on nextdoor or any neighborhood facebook pages or email lists. If there is no owner, coax with food into your garage or indoors or into a carrier. If you have a carrier, any clinic can scan for a chip. If not, call dispatch 608-255-2345 and they can pick up from a garage or a carrier and take to the humane society Also post in Nutzy Mutz shop as people in the neighborhood go there
