Put up , found dogs signs immediately in the area was found in on the cross, streets nearby and all up and down the main road. There's old school way still works.I just did it twice in the last 2 months and the dog was home within a couple hours.I put my signs up, the owner had their signs up.I did that within 1 hour of finding or losing a pet.That's how quick it needs to go up.Time is of the essence time is right.The second this way works every time if it's anywhere from that area.. they absolutely have to show proof of ownership. There been 5 dog fighting ring bust in the last 8 months in the area. These types of people are constantly getting these dogs off these sites, they will have 0 proof of ownership. And we'll try to trick you ask questions and question or answers, that dog would be dead in a couple of minutes, if it ends up in their hands, it's a horrible way to die. They also will use women and children to do their dirty work, women, children, everyone needs proof no proof no dog, be patient, be careful. Ask for the phone number and address and tell them you're gonna match it to their license.And they need a vet reference. If they're good pet owners, they will have a vet reference.y'all can call together to verify ownership only to owner will have this information
