Brown and black marble colored large rabbit

Message from Finder

Found rabbit in Indian Creek neighborhood that appears to be someone's pet or formerly domestic. Running around a small area between two s and near an area that Denver Water utility trucks enter and exit daily. I haven't approached yet due to walking a dog. The rabbit doesn't run as quickly as a wild rabbit.

Thank you for trying to help this bunny. He is not going to survive in the wild. He has either gotten loose or someone decided they didn't want a bunny anymore and turned him out. I don't know why people do this!!! They can be dropped off at a shelter and will be adopted. If you need some help trapping him, please let me know. It needs to be done safely, especially with the cold weather snap we're going to get.
