Meredith Lockhart all the strays are listed under the lost my pet option, it should let you make a lost post , definitely reach out to rescue groups in your area.. post on Nextdoor it's a neighborhood app

Someone suggested using a drone. Apparently there are pet finders that use drones to find pets. Don’t really know much about it but seems like it could be helpful.
