I found a domestic rabbit outside and was able to lure them in with food. They are super friendly and like being pet and held. I am sure they have a family or at least did at one point. If this is your bunny reach out to me. I cannot keep it and will try revoking is as soon as possible

That is a very young rabbit if one ear is down one up. It most likely will eventually drop the other ear. Probably about 6 month old give or take. A rabbit that likes to be held and petted is rare. Probably escaped. Call New Mexico House Rabbit Society Thank you for helping that bunny!
