Tru Story okay. Could have been a wedding or funeral release. On the page for the las vegas pigeon rescuers, someone could possibly recognize this bird. Otherwise like I mentioned before I am with them as well and work with different sanctuaries. I have helped rehab lost or hurt pigeons/doves and I would be happy and equipped to foster. Also sunridge animal hospital helps these birds as well.

Tru Story is it a pigeon and does it have a band on its leg? Depending on the band we can usually locate the owner or aviary

If this is a pigeon, the las vegas pigeon rescuers usually have posts of lost birds too. Id also be happy to temp hold/foster till owner located.
