Description
VERY DISTINCTIVE TAIL: Oliver is a black cat with an unusual, naturally corkscrew-curled tail. His entire tail curls, and he carries it upright when walking. This is his most recognizable physical feature. He also has a gravely meow. He sounds like he smokes a pack a day.
Message from Owner
Please help me find Oliver. He uses an inhaler for asthma and is on Rx food for urine crystals. He’s never been outside before.
