I saw this starving kitty on my walk, laying on the ground and appeared to be dead at first. but as he heard me talking to him, he wobbled over to me, i ended my trip and rushed over to the nearest store Target Emeryville (about a 2 miles away) and bought a water bowl, water and food. returned to the kitty (hide out is a large bush by light pole #050) along the Bay Trail going towards the bay bridge. He is very boney and super sweet and friendly towards me. Since found i have been going back every morning around 10:30-11am to his hiding place bringing him food & water, ( his appetite has increased) he lets me rub him, he purrs and is a vocal chatty cat. my son named him Cargo. he is the only cat in the area and no signs of anyone else feeding him. i just want him to find his or get a . if i didn’t already have 4 indoor cats and 2 strays i would bring him . i have more pics and a video to heard his meow if that helps identify him.
