Not sure if this dog could be her but there is a homeless guy that panhandles at the exit of Hunters Crossing Publix and he had a dog with him yesterday that looks very much like sandy. I've never seen him with a dog before. The guy is very thin and smiles and waves to everyone that passes by. Sure hope you find Sandy.
