Message from Finder
A homeless man was walking around trying to sell this dog. I was able to obtain the dog from him yesterday and have been trying to find the owner since. The dog is a male, the dog is NOT microchipped, and the green rabies tag has no info that could be pulled up at the Vet clinic or by MCAS. I have filed a Found Report with Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS), and I have also posted in multiple lost/found pet pages on Facebook.
