Vickie Penik Now that I think about it, you may be right. There was a sighting of a budgie in Whitefield, in Edison, but I believe she is still in the South Plainfield area. They usually don’t fly that far. Thank God I found two wonderful women, Lori and Miriam. We were there yesterday, but we won’t know for sure until we can look at her leg. We need to catch her so we can identify whether she has the metal ring on her leg—it’s like an ID. That’s the only way I’ll know if it’s Lulu. Otherwise, it’s possible that someone else may also be looking for a similar bird. Thank you all so much for your support, and I apologize if I take some time to respond to messages. I’m currently going through a difficult time.

I don’t know what it is but there has been an influx lately on many different pages of people finding parakeets in their backyards Another one showed up this past week in South Plainfield, which is where Flores is, however that parakeet did not have the tag around the ankle
